- 453.59 g whole wheat spaghetti (I like barilla plus)
- 78.78 ml canola oil
- 29.58 ml sesame oil
- 59.16 ml honey
- 44.37 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 29.58 ml rice wine vinegar
- 118.29 ml cilantro, chopped
- 118.29 ml scallion, thinly sliced
- 44.37 ml sesame seeds
- 59.14 ml carrot, shredded
directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, but do not rinse and set aside.
- To the warm pasta pot add the next 5 ingredient and combine until well mixed.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and pasta. Toss to coat.
- Serve warm, cold or at room temperature.
