Delicious cookies that are not too sweet and perfect with a cup of tea Enjoy!
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- sesame seeds
- preserves (your favorite flavor, I use apricot)
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Form into balls and roll in sesame seeds and then form a hole for the preserves.
- Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
