Asian style green beans - slightly spicy, slightly sweet.


  1. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and white pepper in a small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Spray pan with olive oil and add green beans.
  4. Saute until bright green and brown in spots. (about 10 minutes).
  5. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute for another minute.
  6. Add soy sauce mixture and cook until reduced.
  7. Serve immediately.
