This recipe is from Yogi Bhajan's teachings and the 3HO.org newsletter. It's said to be good for the nervous system.
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped gingerroot (very fresh)
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Blend all ingredients on high-speed until you have a smoothie.
