This worked out pretty well, with a few little tweaks to the seasonings. I didn't use this for the recipe attached to this one, I just used it to make a stir fry....and without knowing how much thickener to use with the broth, I had to play around a bit (in the end at least 3 tbsp corn starch). It's quite soupy for a stir fry, but the sauce is really tasty, it's worked out to be more curry-like than stir-fry, (and that's ok!). If you are using this for a stir fry I'd recommend using only 1 cup of broth and keeping everything else the same. thanks for sharing!
