      Amazing fish! I used tilapia, because that's what I had in the fridge. I toasted my sesame seeds earlier in the day and allowed it to marinate the full amount of time (something I'm not always diligent about) and it was perfect. I also added a few red, green, and yellow pepper strips, and some onion strips to the dish before cooking. That, with a banana and I was in Heaven. Thanks so much!

      We liked everything about this recipe. The flavors were great and we used the left-over marinade as a sauce for the entire dinner.

      A nice fish recipe. I did learn that toasting sesame seeds takes a lot more time than toasting nuts. After 15 minutes they barely had any color. I'm always eager to learn new things, so thank you for that.
