Thanks for this recipe. It's easy and tastes awesome. If you like your food a bit more spicy, this is good with some sweet hot chili sauce drizzled on top. You can find it bottled at your local Asian market.

I enjoyed these noodles best at room temperature. They are simple to make, yet delicious. I used spaghetti noodles and used the peanut butter. I did add just a little crushed garlic. The fresh scallions are the perfect thing to top these off. It's a nice versatile recipe...... you could add pretty much any vegetable you like, or just enjoy the simplicity of the recipe as it is. Thanx for posting!

This was ok, but not at all what I was expecting. The sauce was very pasty and a little bland. I think if the tahini/peanut butter was cut back and maybe the oil increased, it would be what I've tasted in the past.

I hate to give this recipe such a low rating since I see everyone else liked it, but I don't see what all the hype is about. The dish came out bland, really bland. I ended up throwing it away. Maybe it's because everyone else used peanut butter and I used tahini, or maybe because everyone else added additional ingredients. I don't know.

Wow! This is awesome! I accidentally messed it up, and it was still aweome! I can't wait to play with this one some more. I'll try adding a few things; I like the idea of the bean sprouts, but didn't have any tonight. The red bell peppers are great! I'll also try a few (thawed but uncooked) frozen baby peas or snow peas. I can even see that some pineapple chunks or other fruit would be a nice touch. EXCELLENT, Miss Erin! Thanks!

This is great! I made it for myself for dinner. When my boyfriend got home late, he wanted to have it for dinner. I figured it might be too light for him - more of a side dish - so, I added some cooked, diced chicken and some thin strips of red bell pepper. Absolutely excellent! I will be making this one over and over again. Thanks Erin!

When it gets to be 110°F in Phoenix, you start searching for simple meals. I made some substitutions using what was on hand (vermicelli, lite soy, peanut butter and tobasco). I added bean sprouts and frozen peas. It was so good that I didn't bother making anything else. Next time, I wiil make more so I don't have to bargin for the leftovers.
