These are so easy to throw together! If I know that I'm going to have a busy day I like to whip these up the day before.
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Mix all of the above and marinate chicken wings in the refrigerator overnight.
- Put in a baking pan with about 1/2 of the marinade.
- Sprinkle with a few more sesame seeds.
- Bake at 350' for 1 hour.
Very good! I left mine marinate overnight and was afraid they would take on to much of the soy sauce flavor. But they did not and were wonderful! I love the taste of sesame seed oil. I'll be making this again! Made for Potluck Tag -- SPRING/SUMMER for Eat Whatever You Want Party
