"This is my first original smoothie creation! The soy yogurt makes it really creamy! This makes 1-2 servings, depending on whether it's a meal or just a snack."

ingredients

  • 12 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (I use Vitasoy Light)
  • 12 - 23 cup sliced strawberries or 5 -6 medium strawberries, about
  • 1 (6 ounce) container Silk strawberry soy yogurt (If you don't use Silk, don't blame me for the results - I've tried other brands that tasted terrible)

directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can also add a few crushed ice cubes, but I like it as is.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

  1. Silky smooth! I had frozen strawberries. Which I use just for things like this in place of the ice cubes. Thanks Kree. Good One.

  2. I have a son that was recently diagnosed allergic to dairy. He wouldn't touch this drink, but his twin brother drank two servings! I used Stonyfield Farm soy yogurt with great results. Next time I may try original flavor soy milk.

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career. Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
