Posting this for ZWT II Africa/Middle East.
- 1 orange, zest of
- 473.18 ml orange juice
- 170.09 g white rum
- 56.69 g Curacao
- 113.39 g light cream
- 236.59 ml crushed ice
- Zest orange, and chop zest finely. Blend with remaining ingredients until thoroughly smooth and thick. Pour into 4 ounce glasses.
- Garnish with orange slices and strawberries.
Made this, loved the flavor...then re-read the number of servings....oopsy....drank it all meself.
Thith wath vewy yummy. dwank the whole thang. Vewy thilly now. heehee. Thkipped the thzest, let the ice melt and ahhhhhhhhhh. Cweamy thitwussy heaven. :)
I thought this was a fantastic drink. I only used about a tablespoon of the orange zest, but other than that, made as directed. My daughter really liked this and it was perfect on a hot, humid night. Thanks Lynda
