I couldn't find self-rising flour at the corner market. Found this on the web. It equals one cup so you can make a bunch and measure out what you need later.
- Mix all together.
- Store in air-tight container.
I'm covered in flour, butter and sugar. That's the natural order of things. I did dust my baseboards of the flour and now I have a half-clean house. (Love that it's a small batch!)
