Self-Rising Flour Substitute

"I couldn't find self-rising flour at the corner market. Found this on the web. It equals one cup so you can make a bunch and measure out what you need later."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Mix all together.
2. Store in air-tight container.

I'm covered in flour, butter and sugar. That's the natural order of things. I did dust my baseboards of the flour and now I have a half-clean house. (Love that it's a small batch!)
