I got this recipe off of a bag of flour when I did not have any self-rising flour.
- This mixture can be used in recipes calling for self-rising flour.
Just a caution. I made this with a cookie recipe which called for self-rising flour and 1/2 tsp salt. The total salt was WAY too much! I recommend cutting any additional salt out of the recipe or tasting it before adding.
