For improved results:
Use only 2 tsp Olive Oil for Mushroom Leek saute and deg laze the pan with a hefty splash of dry white wine. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper to saute Rosemary Wine enhances flavor of these ingredients and hold texture and integrity better.
For the Seitan bump the sage and thyme to 2 tsp. A vegan blend of dry Poultry seasoning works too. 1 TBSP instead of the herbs in this recipe. Also adding one TBSP of a another moisture such as almond butter or Tahini works well. 1 TBSP.
