Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup vital wheat gluten
  • 13 cup nutrional yeast
  • 1 cup of vegetable bouillon
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos, liquid amminos
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (for color)
  • 14 teaspoon spirulina (for color)

Directions

  1. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Mix in remaining ingredients. kneed for two minutes. Beat, slam or wack to remove bubbles. Shape as desired. Simmer gently for twenty minutes (or bake till done).
