Yummy and so easy! I made 1 1/2 times the topping, since that's always my favorite part. We ate leftovers on top of oatmeal the next morning, which was divine. Thanks for sharing!
- 1 quart peach, drained
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 2 -3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped

- Mix the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon with either a fork or a pastry cutter till it resembles coarse ground meal. (You can also use your fingers). Stir in pecans.
- Place peaches in shallow baking dish or you can use ramikens for individual servings. Cover with topping.
- Place under broiler for 3-5 minutes, be careful not to let this burn.
