Kids loved it. I thought it was okay. My husband did not like it. So not sure what I think. Thanks for giving me something new to try on chicken, we grilled it. I wonder if I put some oil on the chicken and then the spices maybe it would have been better?

Very fragrant, powerful seasoning. Not sure how much to use on a turkey, so I just guessed, about 2 tablespoons seemed right to us. Thanks for sharing!

I thought they were ok but the kids did not like it. They said there was too much seasoning and I think it was too strong for them. I'm so sorry! Not sure what I did wrong...

I used this today on the Easter turkey and I couldn't be happier with the result. This made, without a doubt, one of the most flavorful turkeys I have had! Everything was in the amount ask for, I did sub celery flakes for the celery salt however. This is an excellent mix that I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for posting this! I must admit, when I put everything together, I had my doubts because it seemed like alot of spices. I smelled it and it didn't seem overpowering, so I said why not? Glad I did, because it was so good. I used black pepper instead of white and I used celery seeds since I didn't have any celery salt on hand. I did not reduce these or any of the amounts. My Easter turkey looked so good yesterday that I had to tell the guests to stop cutting the turkey so we can take a picture! Thanks EchoEcho!

I have been meaning to try this blend for a while and I am glad that I did. I reduced the amounts of spices and substituted a small amount of celery seeds because I did not have celery salt, and added just a tiny amount of the powdered ginger to accomodate a small amount of chicken salad that I was making with some leftover roasted chicken. I let the flavors meld for a day and it was really delicious. Thank you.

I sprinkled some of this in my chicken sandwich. It is excellent! The flavours compliment each other without anything being overpowering. Unfortunately, I didn't have any rosemary, but it was fine without it.
