Yum! I made this for dinner tonight. I used garlic powder instead of the real deal but that was my only sub. I made my 10 yr old try it and he LIKED it. Yes! Another veggie I've convinced him to enjoy:) Thanks for sharing!
We really enjoyed this dish. It is very easy to make and the taste is awesome. I made with olive oil this time but am going to try it with a combo of butter and olive oil next time as bet that will make it even more wonderful. Thanks for posting this tasty way to eat zucchini.
OMGAWG Hun you are after my own heart!!! I use Cavendars on so much stuff! And this is so close to how I make my squash! But instead of just olive oil I mix 1 T olive oil and 1 T butter to give it a more butter garlic taste. and I cook the squash with the squash instead of at the end. LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!
I didn`t have Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning, so I used dried oregano, parsley, basil, garlic, onion powder, lemon zest black pepper. I mixed all the ingredients and let marinade for 1 hour then cooked. Made for ZRT6. Thanks

Nothing to complain about with this one. Very straight forward and tasty. I liked that the seasoning adds to the the taste of the zucchini rather than masking it. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
I love zucchini and this is a great way to prepare it! Easy to make, perfectly seasoned - terrific - thanks for sharing the recipe!
This was a really great and easy new way to prepare zucchini. My husband had 2 large helpings which really says something!!! I liked that the seasonings did not overpowert the taste of the vegetable. It was a fresh tasting side dish that would compliment most meals.
This was a fairly good vegetable dish - I ate the whole batch for dinner. It also marks one of the rare occasions I think I've ever cooked zucchini - I eat them, but have only ever bought them a couple of times. I used 3 small ones (the smallest out of several dozen at the store), and the olive oil was extra virgin. I didn't use Cavender's, but rather Penzeys Greek Seasoning, which I had on hand, and happened to have almost exactly 3/4 tsp. left. It added some flavor, but overall I found the dish to be rather mild-flavored, even with the crushed garlic. Still, it's good, and would make a good side for something, I'm sure.
So simple and tastes great. I used Club House greek seasoning. I used only 1 garlic clove. Thanks Shuzbud :) Made for Holiday tag
