This is the first recipe I ever created from scratch. I was 11 years old!
- 1 lb venison or 1 lb beef, cubed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sage
- 1⁄4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried garlic flakes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Put oil in pan and heat on medium.
- Add meat.
- Add all of the seasonings and stir.
- Simmer mixture for 1/2 an hour, then serve.
