These turkey burgers were very easy to make and tasted so good! I'm happy to add this recipe to my 5 star collection!

Delicious! We ate ours as burgers and loved every bite. I used garlic powder, and Penzey's Chicago seasoned salt. I made them up early in the am and cooked them on the Foreman that evening. I also put the patties in the freezer for about half an hour before cooking. I've found turkey burgers stay together better that way. These were so juicy and flavorful. Thanks for posting.

These were really good! I was looking for a way to use up a pound of turkey that I had in my fridge and I'm really glad I decided on this recipe! The only changes I made were to omit the onion and add some black pepper. I got 5 very good size patties out of this which I served with ketchup and hasbrowns. I think that these would be very good as burgers - I will try that next time! Thanks for posting!!

Delicious! Very tender and makes for great burgers. I'd be interested in seeing how they fare on the grill. I used a whole onion and omitted the salt. I ended up with 6 patties, and could have easily made more, they seemed on the large side. I will make these again, simple to throw together and very good! Thanks!

Really juicy! I had a 1.25lb package of ground turkey so upped the other ingred. amts by just a little. I used sweet onion, and a homemade poultry seasoning because I didn't have any store-bought on hand. I also used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and Eggbeaters for the egg. I used a griddle at 350 degrees F, sprayed with non-stick spray and cooked about 7 mins per side. I got 5 good-sized 1/2 inch burgers. The poultry seasoning gave an interesting flavor, different than what I'm used to in turkey burgers. My bf ate 2 burgers and I ate 1. Served this with Seasoned Potato Wedges and used the poultry seasoning recipe Poultry Seasoning. I had ketchup, mustard and relish on mine, bf had relish and hot and spicy mustard on his. Thanks Ang11002, I will probably make these again. :) ETA: Made thse again to try with Tangy Onion Relish and the burgers and relish went well together.

This are wonderful! I make them with onion salt instead of onions, due to family preference, and we all love them. We make them a day ahead and reheat them on the grill when we're at the races, and they are still great! Awesome recipe! We eat these more than hamburgers now!

*drool* I cooked the onions on some PAM enough for them to not be too crunchy in the patties. Only had enough to make three patties but I can't imagine the process being harder for more. We like spicy stuff, so we added some hot sauce on top. Maybe will add before cooking? Great/quick recipe! (I forgot to add, I didn't use the egg and it turned out just fine.)

These were OK, but we thought they had a "funny" taste... I think it was the combination of seasonings. I was also using a different brand of ground turkey than I usually buy, so maybe that was it? I served with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. I think I'll stick with our favorite, Italian Turkey Burgers, for turkey patties... thanks anyway!

I love turkey burgers! Healthy alternative to Beef! I added a small amount of italian seasoning for a different sort of taste, and used only the egg white. I put one of these on the grill along side of my husband's hamburger. I will continue to use this recipe!

Very, very tasty and moist! I did mine in the oven for 30 min at 350, then browned each side in a skillet. Thank you for a great patty recipe! :)

These are SUPER (and easy) burgers! Perfect seasoning and so juicy. I made half with ground turkey and half with ground beef and they were both great. I didn't use poultry seasoning in either, but I did add some black pepper. I didn't baste them with anything (totally forgot), but they didn't need it! We had these as cheeseburgers on buns with potato salad on the side. This will be my basic burger recipe from now on! P.S. I just realized now when looking back over the recipe that I used garlic powder, not garlic salt.
