A healthy salad dressing with good flavor.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano, ground
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
- 2. Store extra dressing in the refrigerator, covered.
