The minute I saw this I knew it was the perfect snack to take to our weekend at the lake!!! I used the multi-colored goldfish (they are the same price, taste the same, but are so much prettier!) and added pretzel rods ("fishing poles"). I, too used the large box, and doubled the oil/seasonings. The taste is delicious!

Absolutely a must try! Unbelieveable how much flavor there is packed in these little crunchies! It is a great seasoning mix!

My sister gave me this recipe recently and she has been making them for lots of parties recently. She made them for Easter at my mom's and there were none left when the party was over. There were only 10 people at the party. This is so good and never lasts!

These were so good. I made them a couple days ago, and as they were "cooling", my husband practically ate them all.

Very impressive! I made these to put on the table as nibblers as I was having some guests over for drinks before a Buck & Doe. Everyone loved this recipe - especially the guys. It has great flavour & the cayenne gives it a nice kick. I only used 1/2 cup of oil because that's all I had on hand - it worked great. I put the crackers in a 9X13 glass pan for baking - that way there was lots of room for stirring without spilling all over the oven. After baking, I spread the crackers in a single layer on newspaper to soak up any excess oil & cool more quickly.

EXCELLENT recipe! I served these to our guests at my son's crocodile themed 1st birthday party. I called these little fishies "crocodile food". Every single little fishie got gobbled up and everyone wanted to know the recipe. Loved these and will most definately be making them again!
