I used this tonight for Chicken Fried Steak. I followed the recipe but didn't have the dry mustard and had to use celery seed instead of salt. We liked the flavor and it made enough that I now have a plastic container of it in the cupboard. Thank you!

  1. Stir together to blend evenly.
  2. Store in a tightly covered jar.
  3. For a crumb coating on fish, meat or poultry, combine 1 1/2 TBSPS of seasoned flour with 1 cup of dry bread crumbs.
