My mother always make this on summer days. We all LOVES it.
- 1⁄2 lb small shell pasta
- 1⁄2 lb canned red salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2⁄3 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup fat-free honey-dijon salad dressing
- Cook pasta as direction, rinse in cold water and drain well.
- Mix pasta, salmon and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss gentle.
- Chill 2 hours.
