    Seashells' Crock Pot Meatball Stew

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. 2
      Combine ground beef with 1 tbsp of salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and mix well.

      Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

      Bake in oven 15 minutes or until browned.

      Place the potatoes, carrots and onion into the crock pot.
    6. 6
      Top with meatballs.
    7. 7
      Combine catsup with vinegar, basil and remaining salt and pepper to taste.

      Pour over meatballs.

      Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or till veggies are done.
