I also found this recipe on Epicurious--but it differs a bit in that there is no ginger added in that recipe. I did add the ginger to mine, but as I am not so fond of it, I think I would omit it next time. I made the wasabi mayo with all mayo and some extra wasabi.

YUM! The wasabi-mayo goes great with tuna steaks! This recipe got rave reviews from my fiance. We love wasabi so I added another 2 tsp to the mayo then garnished with extra green onions when it was served. I made homemade mashed potatoes and next time I'm going to use this wasabi mayo to blend into them because we both discovered that tasted great! This recipe is a definite keeper.

This wasabi mayo is AMAZING!!!!! I used a little less mayo and little more sour cream as we're not huge fans of mayo. But again it was superb!!!!!! I cant wait to make it again!!!!!!

This recipe was awesome! The marinade was fantastic. I didn't have all the ingredients so did a bunch of substitutions: - no teriaky so I used some brown sugar and a bit extra soy sauce - didn't have ginger so I omitted it - used seasoned rice vinegar instead of unseasoned - had no sour cream so just skipped it
Regardless it was awesome. My husband loved it. We used Ahi sushi-grade tuna and it was melt-in-your-mouth! I thought the wasabi mayo was a pretty cool touch but the recipe was great even without it.
Thanks! Elissa

This recipe was so easy, and tastes amazing. I had to use seasoned rice vinegar, because I did not have unseasoned, but the marinade was great. I also had to substitute horseradish for the wasabi paste, but the mayo dressing had just enough bite to it, and I was very pleased with the results. I have added this to my saved recipes, and will be making this again in the future!

This was so good and so easy. I wrapped the fish up in tin foil and cooked them on the foreman for easy clean up. My husband also dislikes fish and was not happy when he saw what we were having, but he changed his mind after his first bite. He said that we could absolutely have this more often. Thank you so much for giving me a fish recipe that my husband will eat!

I am not a huge Ahi Tuna fan, but the marinade combined with the wasabi-green onion mayo made this a 5-star dinner. I served with garlic infused mashed potatoes and grilled yellow squash. The meal was a hit!

My tuna steaks marinated for about 10 minutes and then I cooked them on my George Foreman grill. The Wasabi Mayo was excellent! Hubby made some sauted fennel and the mayo was good on that too.
Very easy to make.
