Fantastic flavour this recipe is great I just loved it. I used 1 teaspoon chili flakes and if you don't like hot I would cut down. I actually served this with fresh rice noodles and I put a squeeze of lime juice over the top. This will be a favourite for me.
Delicious seafood dish perfect for New Year's or any other celebration! I made one minor changes due to what I had on hand. Instead of regular ginger root (which I didn't have) I used some crystalized ginger and skipped the sugar. Thanks Hey Jude for sharing this delicious seafood dish!
