A very good friend gave me this recipe since it was one of their favorite suppers.
- 6 -8 taco shells
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, shredded
- tomatoes, diced
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- lettuce, shredded
- ranch dressing
- Warm taco shells if desired, according to package directions.
- Layer remaining ingredients on each shell according to taste.
I wanted to make something different for new years day dinner, I chose this recipe Im glad I did very good I used 1/2 crabmeat and 1/2 shrimp. I served it with a choice of ranch dressing and Chipotle Sauce. I couldnt get over how good the ranch dressing tasted with the taco! I warmed the seafood up a bit in the microwave. Very easy meal and one that will be making again. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with me Marg.
I love fish tacos so how could I not like these, too? This was a great, fast dinner. I prefer to serve in steamed corn tortillas but that is just the rebel in me. Thanks for the easiest dinner I have made in months.
