Made this for a potluck. There wasn't much left in the end. I used imitation crabmeat, green onions instead of regular onions, and light mayo. I would recommend the green onion alternative because of the less harsh taste. I also left out the peas, personal preference. Overall, very nice salad with a nice flavor. Thanks for posting.

Made this for hubby and my lunches this weekend. I didn't have any shrimp or celery so left those out. I used less mayo to lighten it up and it was very good! Thanks so much!

I made this for vacation to take along with us in the camper. I planned on using it to go with sandwiches but it was so good we used it as the main meal. I loved this. I can't wait for summer to make this again for lunches. thank you for posting.

Colorful and delicious! I used 12 oz of cooked baby shrimp instead of canned. I added the optional mustard (Dijon) and was happy with about 1 tsp of it. My carrots wre grated and then I chopped them some more. The only thing I added that is not listed is salt and pepper. Thanx for shariong. This salad is a keeper!

very good salad, good as any I've had from a deli. made this without the shrimp but don't think anyone missed it. Thanks for a good recipe.

I made a half recipe of this tasty salad for 2 of us using Icelandic baby shrimp, the high side of the mayo as I did not use the Italian dressing (not a favorite w/us) & I added a bit of Old Bay as I often do. My only issue here was w/the carrot slices. Their hardness seemed out of sync w/the rest of the salad textures. I did not see them in your pic & will prob grate the carrot, cook the slices slightly or leave them out next time. This is an excellent seafood salad & will be repeated. Thx for sharing the recipe w/us. :-)

Wonderful salad! I took this to Relay For Life as a snack for our school's team and the kids loved it, even with the vegetables. ;) I should have doubled the batch though...I tend to forget how much teenagers can eat! Thanks for sharing, Anme!
