This recipe is very nice. My husband loved it. Since I did not have white wine I used chicken stock, it worked just as well. Also I adjusted the amount of rice. Thanks for the idea charishma.

  1. Saute the seafood in oil.
  2. Add chopped shallots and chopped garlic.
  3. Then add the rice and cook for a while.
  4. Next add the white wine and saffron.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the butter and keep stirring for a while.
  7. Add the parmesan cheese and dish out in a plate.
