  1. Perfect lunch for a hot, sunny day. I upped the shrimp to 8 oz. but otherwise kept to the recipe. I liked the combination of flavors and enjoyed this for a filling lunch. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

  2. awesome!!!!! I use 2lbs of large pink shrimp and red pepper instead of green. This has become a must for every party I attend now.

  3. Made this for supper tonight (too hot to cook). I used Recipe #24525 for the french dressing since I didnt have any on hand and I used my own homemade relish because I don't buy the store bought kind anymore. I didnt have any parsley flakes either. It was still really good. My kids liked it except the green pepper but they won't eat it in anything. Thanks for a great salad.

  4. I made this for a patio party we held last summer. I set it out for everyone and by the time I was able to sit down and enjoy the food it was already gone. Everytime we invite people for get togethers everyone asks if I will make this salad. It has become a staple because no one can get enough. Thank you so much for this recipe!

  5. Just finished making this for the THIRD time. Made it as written except I used Dreamfield's elbow pasta and Low Carb French Dressing (to make it fit into my lower carb eating plan). Love it, love it, LOVE it!
