Perfect lunch for a hot, sunny day. I upped the shrimp to 8 oz. but otherwise kept to the recipe. I liked the combination of flavors and enjoyed this for a filling lunch. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

awesome!!!!! I use 2lbs of large pink shrimp and red pepper instead of green. This has become a must for every party I attend now.

Made this for supper tonight (too hot to cook). I used E-Z French Dressing for the french dressing since I didnt have any on hand and I used my own homemade relish because I don't buy the store bought kind anymore. I didnt have any parsley flakes either. It was still really good. My kids liked it except the green pepper but they won't eat it in anything. Thanks for a great salad.

I made this for a patio party we held last summer. I set it out for everyone and by the time I was able to sit down and enjoy the food it was already gone. Everytime we invite people for get togethers everyone asks if I will make this salad. It has become a staple because no one can get enough. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Just finished making this for the THIRD time. Made it as written except I used Dreamfield's elbow pasta and Low Carb French Dressing (to make it fit into my lower carb eating plan). Love it, love it, LOVE it!

I always make my seafood salad the same...saw this recipe and it was so different than mine, I thought I would try it...So glad I did...It has a wonderful color to it and a little of a kick...I may never make my old boring one again...

Great recipe! DH and I really enjoyed this dish. I did make 2 changes only because 1)I didn't have the french dressing, so I replaced it with my shrimp sauce My Secret Shrimp Sauce Recipe and 2) I only used 4oz of noodles I wanted to taste more of the other things in recipe than noodles is why I halved it. DH loved it so much he is taking lefted overs with him to work in the morning to share with his employees and even going to take some to one of the dentist office he does work for. This dish goes very well with Country Fried Catfish (#85198) I will be making this recipe alot. Thanks for sharing your great recipe.

This is a wonderful recipe. It goes together good and makes a pretty dish. I had to improvise a bit, but nothing major. I didn't have any Old Bay Seasoning, so I used another seafood seasoning that I had on hand, and it was just as good. Thanks for the great recipe.
