Seafood Pasta Salad

"This is quick and ALWAYS gets tons of compliments. Sometimes I leave out an ingredient or add something (try shredded mozzarella cheese) to mix it up a little!"

Hi there!! I am a newly remarried thirty-one year old woman who has never been into cooking in the past. My big cook nights consisted of fajitas or stir fry. My husband loves to cook, but had limited tastes: roasts or fried foods. We both weigh over 250 pounds now....not good. So I had to find food that isn't good for you to get him to eat it. That's what has started me cooking again. Now at least once a week, we prepare a dish that we haven't tried yet together. It hasn't helped us shed any pounds, but who cares?!? It's brought us closer together and gotten me back into the kitchen with a vengance.
