  1. Place spaghetti into 2 quarts boiling water to which 2 heaping teaspoons salt has been added. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or till your desired doneness. Drain and serve.
  2. Over medium heat, melt butter in saute pan, add garlic and remaining seasonings, stir.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, saute just until shrimp are no longer translucent, do not overcook.
  4. Serve over spaghetti topped with parmesan cheese and additional butter if desired.

This recipe was simple, however my husband and I were not a fan of the bay scallops. They were extremely fishy tasting and we ended up picking them out. 1 lb. of pasta was too much for this recipe also I thought.
