Hi Barbara, these were 1 of 3 appetizers I made for a dinner party on Saturday night. They were a big hit. I found them easy to make. I doubled the recipe and never changed a thing. I made the seafood filling, next time I will try the chicken or as you suggested both. Thanks so much for posting, its a keeper.
I prepared these puffs and used my own chicken salad recipe to fill. Everyone loved them. I was pleased with how simple the recipe was to prepare. I made the puffs slightly smaller and more bite-sized. I was afraid that the swiss cheese would compete with the the flavor of the filling, but found it to be an excellent savory compliment. I will make these again and try the recommended fillings.
