  1. Saute' Onions, green pepper, and bay seasoning in melted butter.
  2. In a separate bowl blend in remaining ingredients.
  3. Add Saute'd Onions and green peppers to bowl, mixing lightly.
  4. Fold into a casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
