This is a nice marinade for any fish. I especially like it on salmon or flounder. Perfect for grilling. You can substitue powdered ginger for fresh, if necessary.
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
- 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Place all ingredients in ziplock bag and seal.
- Shake to mix.
- Add fish and allow to marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
