  1. Heat saute pan and add clarified butter. Flour cod and prawns and add to saute pan, saute and turn. Add minced garlic, salt, and white pepper, and saute until garlic turns white. Deglaze with white wine and saute 1 minute longer. Add bay shrimp, crab legs, heavy cream and cooked pasta. Saute until heated through and season to taste. Place on plates and garnish with parmesan cheese and dill. Great with fresh green beans and garlic bread.
