- 6 ounces butter or 6 ounces margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 lb crawfish or 1 lb seafood
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 cups milk
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of potato soup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- Frank's red hot sauce
- seasoning salt
- 1⁄4 cup mozzarella-provolone cheese blend
- 1⁄4 cup shallot
directions
- Melt Butter over low heat.
- Add Flour, Blend Together.
- Add Onions. Saute until wilted.
- Add remaining ingredients, and cook on Medium Heat for 40 minutes.
- Stirring every so often.
