Seafood Corn Chowder

"I make this recipe on cold winter days to help warm up my family. It is easy and tastes so good. I have used the recipe as listed, or have added a can of Crabmeat, shrimp, and really any seafood. You could probably substitute lower calorie items, and still have the taste. Enjoy!"

  • Melt Butter over low heat.
  • Add Flour, Blend Together.
  • Add Onions. Saute until wilted.
  • Add remaining ingredients, and cook on Medium Heat for 40 minutes.
  • Stirring every so often.
