A little twist on the regular clam chowder, adding shrimp. Very easy crock pot recipe. Left overs can be put in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Since there are usually only the 2 of us, I do love recipes that make enough for me to freeze in 2-to-4 serving containers, & yours fits the bill in more ways than one! We both enjoy seafood (& don't usually get much of it) as well as soups, so . . . . This delicious chowder is definitely a winner however I look at it! Thanks for posting the recipe!   • 32 14 ounces campbell cream of potato soup
  • 10 34 ounces campbell cream of shrimp soup
  • 30 ounces snow's condensed clam chowder
  • 13 ounces chopped clams, including juice
  • 12 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, raw
  • 1 quart cream
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions

  1. in large crock pot, put in all ingredients. stir and cook on low for 4 hours.
