directions

  • cut all seafood into bite size pieces.
  • place in 8x8 glass baking dish.
  • sprinkle with pepper.
  • mix rest of ingredients and place on top of seafood being careful to cover all the seafood cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes then uncover and cook for 15 minutes more.

i live in a really small town in west virginia. my husband and i are retired .i dont have a favorite cook book all my books have yellow post-it notes in the pages where i find favorites.my passions are canning[we have a huge garden]cooking ,and my pets.people who don't understand why anyone would want to work for 3hrs. to can vegetables when you can buy them in a can at the store.just work in the garden ,can and play with the dog no housework no errands
