Seafood Butter Sauce (For Dipping and Basting)

This is just something I came up with for my lobster addiction. It's also great with crab or shrimp. I also baste my lobster tails with this while they are cooking.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
  • 12 lemon, juice of
  • 14 cup champagne (sparkling wine)


  1. Melt butter in sauce pan and add all ingredients and simmer until ready to use. This is best if kept warm with butter warmers while you eat.
