excellent on grilled fish. I found this recipe in the Taste of Home magazine.

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients. Brush on seafood; baste occasionally during grilling. This may also be served warm as a nice dipping sauce for shrimp and lobster.

I used this the other night while baking Nile perch in the oven, it was delicious! The tarragon brings out a lovely sweetness. I'm going to make this again this week, but want to try it with a little lemon zest mixed in as well. Thanks for such a simple and delicious recipe!
