This recipe came from a locally owned restaurant in Melbourne, Florida called the Sea Room. The restaurant is no longer there, but some recipes are still around. This was a little snack that was brought to your table as you waited for your meal. This has always been a family favorite during the holidays.
- Combine all ingredients chill and serve with captain wafer crackers.
One of my favorite seafood restaurants in Murrells Inlet SC also brings a smoked fish spread to the table to nibble on while you wait. I was hoping this would be close to that flavor and it is. That restaurant serves it with saltine crackers so that's what I used. Awesome spread and so easy! This one is a keeper!
