Adapted from a recipe from this site, using what I had in the fridge at the time!
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 1 tablespoon lime pickle
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 2 -4 slices lemons
- Mix pickle, chili sauce and wine, place seabass fillets in a microwaveable dish, pour over mixture, microwave on high for 6 minutes, add slices of lemon and grill for 5 minutes.
- Serve with new potatoes, cabbage and carrot.
