Directions

  1. Sweeten the coffee with brown sugar to taste.
  2. Mix coffee, liquor, and orange peel in a pan.
  3. Heat gently, but do not boil. Let infuse for a couple of minutes.
  4. Pour into pre-warmed heat-resistent glasses.
  5. Float whipped cream on top.
  6. Garnish with thin strip of peel of orange and nutmeg.
