- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup rice
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter or 1 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine
- parmesan cheese
- Brown meat with onions, garlic.
- Boil rice until tender.
- Add corn and butter/margarin, and parmesaen cheese in saucepan
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan add salt and pepper to taste.
