Really great and simple. Used fresh minced garlic, sliced baby bellas and dried chives (wish I'd had fresh, but still very good.) Thanks, Janice!

Made this today! Didn't use the milk and used cheddar cheese instead of parmesan (it was the only cheese I had on hand) was very yummy and pretty easy! I had it with toast, wil try it again!

Very nice Sunday Brunch recipe - I made it with two eggs for 1 serving. I omitted the parmesan and used "No Oil" on the pan. Will make again 18 Sept.2011 Made again added the parmesan just before serving. Lovely brunch

I really loved this! After a workout I want something healthy that gives me the essentials I need. I only used about 1 TBSP of butter though, I don't think you need a lot if you're trying to cut down. And I didn't use milk, I just went with the eggs straight. It is a little dryer, but I liked it a bit harder and well done. The onion does a good job of giving it some really good taste. Thanks for the keeper recipe!

lovely flavour but a kinda funny grey colour, I guess from the mushroom fluid. I did enjoy them very much, regardless of the colour! Served with slice tomatoe. You might want to add the eggs to your ingredient list. I also added salt and pepper. I made just one serving but added a lot of mushrooms to use them up and used 2 eggs. Made them for my supper and for the "Eggs & Dairy - Not just for breakfast" event in the photo forum. thanks for posting , I will make them again.
