Scrambled eggs with bacon, cheese, and veggies.

I made this for Sunday breakfast. I followed the recipe except I used eight eggs instead of six. I also added a good bit of salt and pepper. We all enjoyed this.

  1. Slice and cook bacon. Drain most of the bacon grease, then saute veggies in bacon grease. Add scrambled eggs and continue to cook until almost done, then add most of the cheese. Serve with remainder of cheese sprinkled on top of each serving. Serve with toast.
