  1. Have butter at room temperature.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy/creamy.
  3. Stir insifted flours in two batches.
  4. Turn on ligtly floured surface. Knead lightly until smooth.
  5. Roll into ballsplace on greased trays and bake in a SLOW oven for 20-30 minutes.
