This shortbread is SO GOOD and so simple to make. Melt in your mouth, buttery, crumbly goodness
- Have butter at room temperature.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy/creamy.
- Stir insifted flours in two batches.
- Turn on ligtly floured surface. Knead lightly until smooth.
- Roll into ballsplace on greased trays and bake in a SLOW oven for 20-30 minutes.
