I love all kinds of pancakes. This makes a dense heavier pancake so if you like light and fluffy this isn't for you.
- Mix oats and buttermilk together in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Combine dry ingredients and add to the oat mixture. Add beaten eggs, mixing well.
- Spoon onto oiled griddle. Brown first side, then flip once only. Remove from griddle when golden brown. Serves 4.
